Raise funds for your school, group, or church while you skate! We’ll provide all the marketing pieces so all you have to do is spread the word and show up. Choose from one of our Admission rates and contact us to get your fundraiser set up. We do all the work and you have all the fun!
FUNDRAISER EVENT AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Family Fun Zone for your fundraiser event. Below are the details and policies related to your booking. Please review the information carefully.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Promotion:
Event organizers are encouraged to use the attached flyer for promoting the event. The flyer should be shared on your organization’s social media pages, emailed to constituents, and distributed as physical copies to potential skaters.
Event organizers are not permitted to create or distribute any modified versions of the provided flyer.
Ticket Sales:
Pre-sale tickets are prohibited. All funds will be collected by Family Fun Zone staff. Management will provide a detailed report of the event, and a check for the fundraiser proceeds will be issued the following week.
Proceeds Split:
The proceeds of the event are split 50/50 based on the admission fee only. The $5 skate rental fee is not included in the proceeds calculation.
Guest Count & Admission:
For public sessions (Tuesday and Friday) the event organizers may not encourage guests who are not part of the event to identify themselves as attendees of the organization. Only admissions from guests who are attending the event as part of your group will be counted towards the fundraiser. Regular public guests who are not part of the event will not be included in the admission proceeds.
Special Event Policies:
For private events booked on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, a minimum of 100 paid individual skaters is required in order to qualify for a rebate check. If the event does not reach 100 paid skaters, no rebate will be issued.
Private Event on Tuesday or Friday:
Private events booked on Tuesdays or Fridays are guaranteed a rebate check, but must be set at the normal public admission rate as already established by Family Fun Zone.
